Attend Orientation
Tours and orientations are scheduled on a regular basis for prospective parents, and visitors are welcome! Please call to make an appointment as showing up without one cannot guarantee a tour.

Registration Packet
We maintain a waiting list of all prospective students. Admission is determined by availability of space and internal KYCC policies. When space becomes available, we will contact you to determine your continuing interest.

Registration packet must be complete before enrollment.

Pre-Attendance visit, family assessment and parent meeting
When we notify of you about the availability of space and confirm your interest to enroll your child, we will arrange a meeting with you, your child, the Chidlren’s Center Director and our Family Advocate. This meeting is for you and your child to visit the center and to ask any questions you may have about the program. In addition, we will also conduct a child developmental assessment during this first meeting. We will also review any special needs your child and you may have. On-going meetings will be scheduled through the time your child is enrolled at the center to discuss their progress.

Tuition Rates
Full time monthly rate is $583 for preschool, $689 for toddlers and $795 for infants. However for preschool, we offer a sliding fee scale to accommodate low income families. Please speak to the Family Advocate or Director for more information.
